1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using huff, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use huff.

2. Who we are

huff is a private wishlist app operated by the huff team. You can reach us at privacy@huffme.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use huff — or 18 where local law requires it, including India. By using huff you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. What huff is

huff lets you save things you want, organise them into lists and events, and share them privately with people already in your contacts. huff is a tool for listing and coordinating gifts — we are not a shop. We do not sell products, take payment for them, fulfil orders, or guarantee any merchant's price, stock, or delivery.

5. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for activity under it. Keep your device and phone number secure. Tell us promptly at privacy@huffme.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Contacts and visibility

huff's visibility is based on contacts: someone can see your list only if you have saved them in your contacts — you control who can view by who you save. We compare contacts using irreversible on-device hashing (see the Privacy Policy). You agree only to add contacts you have a legitimate basis to hold.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, harass, or harm other users; upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service; or circumvent its privacy or security protections. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it as needed to run huff for you and the people you share with. You are responsible for the content you add and confirm you have the right to add it.

9. Affiliate links

Some outbound "Buy now" links are affiliate links: if you buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep huff free. Affiliate relationships never change which products we show you.

10. Third-party merchants

When you follow a link to a merchant, you are subject to that merchant's own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their prices, stock, content, or conduct.

11. Availability and "as is"

We work to keep huff available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. Product details fetched from third-party links (titles, images, prices) may be incomplete or out of date.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, huff and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or from third-party merchants. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory and consumer rights are unaffected.

13. Termination

You may delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection or statutory rights you have in your own country of residence.
